Visits
We count visits ourselves, with no cookies and no third-party trackers. Your browser keeps an anonymous random visitor ID so we can count return visits. We record pages viewed, the device type, browser, screen size, language and the site or link you came from. We look up your country and city from your network address at the moment of the visit and never store the address itself.
Listing clicks
When you open a listing on Housing or Facebook and tick the box, we record that click (which flat, when, and where you came from) with your visitor ID, to improve the shortlist.
Your own criteria
If you send us your criteria, we keep what you entered, your phone number, your visitor ID and the link you came from. Your phone number is used only to tell you when your shortlist is ready. We keep a request for up to 6 months, then delete it.
Removal
To have your records deleted, write to [contact email to come]. For visit and click records, include your visitor ID: shown when the page has loaded. For a criteria request, include the phone number you gave.
